When is the best time to plant my garden or move plants?

Planting of gardens we prefer to do in Spring, Early Summer, Autumn or early Winter. The best time is usually autumn as the ground is still warm after the summer months and plant roots will activate faster and settle before the cold weather comes. We avoid planting in windy and really hot weather as this will cause the new planting a lot of stress and adjustment to their new growing position.
